Workshops as mini RETREATS
For an organization or a group of friends, these workshops join participants in community to learn and experience well-being techniques that are intended to be practiced individually as self-care routines. All workshops begin with a guided meditation, include a presentation, customized exercises that are relevant to the topic, and a gift. Participants will have fun in a warm, inviting, and relaxing setting and leave invigorated and inspired.

Powerful intentions - Identify what you are ready to shift and co-create the steps forward.
Explore Meditation - Introduction to several meditation techniques intended to identify the one to practice daily.
Primordial Sound Meditation - This is a 3 part workshop that takes place over 3 weeks where participants receive a personalized meditation mantra.
Emotional Freedom - Learn a 7-step process to bring emotions to the light, release and clear the way for infinite possibilities.
