Well-being Coaching Program

I have gotten so much value out of all of the work I have done with Kara. She is incredible to work with and I gained a lot of knowledge about purpose and intention, and most importantly, I learned a lot more about myself. The coaching helped me delve into my true feelings and from there, I was really able to do some healing and to then go forth in action! Not to mention, Kara has guided me in my meditation practice, which I would be lost without. It has changed my life in so many ways and I am also grateful for that experience. Kara is kind, patient, comforting, and most of all, has a real gift for helping to reframe thoughts and experiences, no matter how tough.

Going through this program allowed me to obtain a deep understanding of who I am and my purpose.  Now that I am aligned with my this I am able to use that understanding to improve my patient interactions and improve outcomes.  This course also helped me be more mindful and change my perspective to better accept a situation and adapt my response to improve both personal and professional relationships. I now am more cogniscent of listening to patients, understanding their perspective and include them in the treatment plans leading to better compliance with recommendations.  I would highly recommend this program to any one looking to improve self awareness and have a better understanding of the connection to the world around them.

Dip In 4-Week Kick Start Program

Dip In with Kara is the beginning of a journey that challenges but heals the deepest parts of your subconscious.  Kara’s guidance through meditation, discussion, and yoga helps to safely peel away layers to discover at the core, what was causing the issues, honor the cause, and find a way to deal with the underlying issue and learn to let it go.  It was life changing!  Thank you Kara for opening my heart and mind to what I wanted to achieve.

Introduction to Yoga Program

Kara's yoga class has been so beneficial to my lifestyle. As a mother with a full time job in education, I rarely get to take time for myself. The practice of yoga has enhanced my life because it's reinforced a sense of self care, has reminded me to be mindful in my everyday routines, taught me different breathing techniques that I can use daily, and has both relaxed and strengthened my mind and my body. I always feel refreshed after class. Though I was intimidated by yoga at first, Kara's instruction, along with her incredibly soothing voice, is so patient and kind that I've become confident that I can "keep up" in class and I feel so successful when I see my improving body movements.

Reiki & Introduction to Yoga

Over the past year, I've been seeking alternative ways of managing stress and healing from its physical manifestations. Kara's yoga and Reiki programs were my first experience with these modalities, and she made me feel comfortable, empowered, and open to the experiences. She explains the interrelated physical, emotional, and spiritual effects of yoga and Reiki in simple terms. The programs greatly enhanced my yoga practice and motivated me to devote time to healing and self-care rituals. I feel more aware of my mind and body, and regularly employ the techniques learned in class to manage stress.
