Learn to Meditate

Primordial Sound Meditation is a stress reversing technique where a mantra is used to bring the mind into a single point of focus. The vibrations of the mantras invoke the rest and digest nervous system, whereby switching off the fight, flight, or freeze response that many of us are perpetually experiencing throughout our daily lives.

Openings available for individual or group classes. Includes three 1-hour sessions where participants learn the Primordial Sound Meditation technique and will receive a personalized mantra.

Each session will be held virtually over zoom.
